The Montessori School project demonstrates how ioFM creates a digital twin from floor plans and point clouds – as a precise as-built representation that requires no complete modelling and quickly serves as a foundation for ongoing FM operations.
In this project, ioLabs delivered a unified digital model for a 16-building campus using ioFM's lightweight modeling approach. We provided a structured dataset in IFC format that integrates seamlessly with existing GIS infrastructure via Esri.
