Leading Swiss companies use ioLabs software to understand their buildings and facilities digitally. What we are missing is the person who turns this into a systematic business. You build up sales and grow into the management of the company.

What you will do

You take over existing client relationships directly from the founder and run day-to-day business in the DACH region independently after around three months.
You are responsible for revenue from projects and products: pipeline, forecasts, proposals, pricing and negotiations through to signature.
You develop the go-to-market strategy for ioFM and ioSync, including pricing models and partner channels via Autodesk, Esri and Siemens.
You are the product owner from the client's perspective: you set the priorities, our engineering team in Liberec delivers them.
You set up sales processes and CRM where much still runs on personal contacts today.

What you bring

Proven success in selling complex technical B2B solutions
Experience in product management and marketing of contech or software products
You know how decisions are made at building owners, infrastructure and energy companies
Business-fluent German and English
The ambition to take responsibility for an entire company

Nice to have

Background in construction, infrastructure, energy, GIS or software
Czech or Spanish

Products with substance: ioFM (Minimal BIM for facility management), ioSync (data exchange between more than 15 CDE platforms) and Kirioll (scanning and modelling of linear infrastructure).

Fixed salary plus bonus, linked to order intake, new clients and recurring product revenue.
