CAD developer (C#, Revit API)

A Revit model contains thousands of elements and even more data. Most of the time, that data stays stuck in the model. At ioLabs we write the software that gets it out and makes it usable where buildings are designed, built and operated: for renowned clients in Switzerland and Germany.

We are an Autodesk Developer Champion 2026 and develop our own products such as ioFM and ioSync. For this, we are looking for someone who is equally at home in C# and Revit.

What you will do

  • You develop Revit add-ins and tools that read, check and write back BIM data.
  • You connect models to our cloud platforms ioFM and ioSync and to Autodesk Platform Services / Forma.
  • You work directly with architects and engineers in our team and at our clients.
  • You contribute ideas on how to make processes in the construction industry faster and smarter.

What you bring

  • Very good knowledge of C# and .NET, experience with Entity Framework and SQL
  • Solid Revit skills, plus experience with other CAD systems such as Archicad, Eplan or Vectorworks
  • Experience with the Revit API or the drive to learn it
  • Git and clean code reviews are second nature to you
  • English for daily work, German is a plus

Nice to have

  • Background in architecture or civil engineering
  • Experience with IFC, Dynamo or Autodesk Platform Services, knowledge of the ACC API
  • Basic knowledge of 3D modelling (geometry types, terminology, methods)
  • Experience with Rhino3D, Grasshopper and robotic systems
  • Docker, RabbitMQ, Redis
  • AI systems
