Your First BIM Model, Built in an Afternoon

Your First BIM Model, Built in an Afternoon

1.4.2026

What if your first BIM model took an afternoon, not a budget line?

As part of a POC, we explored the idea of importing floor plans into ioFM: upload your existing floor plan, sketch room volumes directly in the app, and quickly end up with a lightweight 3D model ready for facility management.

No external modeling service.

No complex software.

No large upfront cost.

We’re currently evaluating next steps toward implementation. The goal is to make BIM accessible for teams that see the value of digitalization—but don’t want to turn it into a major investment.

Minimal BIM, maximum accessibility. ioFM – do it yourself.
