ACC Data Sync and Backup Tool for VLF Prague

Full backups are conducted five days a week. Additionally, extended backups are performed every two weeks to provide multiple layers of data protection.

Upon the completion of each backup, the system sends an email notification to designated personnel to confirm the successful backup. This notification system ensures that all stakeholders are promptly informed of the backup status, providing peace of mind and enabling quick responses to any potential issues.

For added security, an offline backup is recommended. This further mitigates the risk of data loss due to unforeseen circumstances such as network failures or cyber-attacks.
