Our collaboration with Architektick AG on a large residential development project near Zurich marks a significant milestone in The Swiss Life Group’s adoption of BIM practices for enhanced planning, cost forecasting, and project control.

As an experienced BIM partner, ioLabs was entrusted with initiating and supporting BIM management and coordination throughout the entire development process. Our comprehensive approach involved establishing BIM processes and standards, validating client applications, and ensuring top-notch documentation quality and issue management using BCF. Leveraging BIM 360 and Navisworks, alongside our custom ioLabs C# scripts for data management and output control, we facilitated multi-disciplinary BIM coordination among architects, landscape architects, static engineers, and MEP engineers.
